Full Circle provides a variety of health, social, and related support services during daytime hours. We provide respite for caregivers and assistance and care for the elderly or disabled, those suffering from dementia and other adults who may have suffered a health event leaving them with physical or mental challenges. We assist in improving or maintaining their level of functioning through an individualized plan of care which considers each person’s needs, interests, and abilities.

Highlights of our monthly activities include animal assisted activities and pet visits, community outings, intergenerational program, art classes, outdoor activities, cooking groups, entertainment, holiday celebrations & special events, and so much more.

Person-Centered Approach

Our Program Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of stimulating activities based on our members’ interests and abilities. The comprehensive program addresses all areas of wellness including intellectual, physical, emotional, vocational, spiritual, and social health through both group and individual activities.

Mental Health Services

Individual counseling can be provided for members who are struggling with common difficulties such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss or poor adjustment to life changes. Referrals are obtained from physicians, and person-centered treatment goal planning helps the member to address their areas of concern. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides weekly services to our members who qualify for counseling, which is covered under Medicare Part B benefit.

Fitness Programs

Daily exercise, our weekly Zumba instructor and YMCA Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program offer unique and specialized exercises for our members.

Horticulture Therapy

Seasonal Full Circle offers a group which involves live plants or other gardening activities which are planned and designed to accomplish specific therapeutic goals and is facilitated by a degreed Horticulture Therapist and Master Gardener.

Medication Administration, Health & Dietary Management

Our Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) monitors dietary and health needs of our members. Certified Nurses Assistants (CNAs) can provide assistance with activities of daily living and personal care needs. Medication is administered by our LPN or a Medication Administration Tech (MAT) as directed per physician’s orders. Any concerns regarding the wellness and care of our members are communicated to the family and physician.

Caregiver Support

Full Circle offers a caregiver support group the first Tuesday of each month at the CDBG building on East Main Street. We also provide educational opportunities, a lending library, and can assist families with resource referral and coordination.
